* pushing what i have so i can try to figure out HW_REG errors

* HW_REG (fix? workaround? either way it builds now)

* factory fixes and shaders

* bump again

* bump again

* copy shaders for `ExtractAssets` too (instead of just in `GenerateSohOtr`)
