* Remove ControllerHud.cpp

* Downgrade platform toolset back to previous version

* Fix gyro

* Fix bug that makes binding axes difficult and clear buttons before reading

* Exaggerate gyro display and adjust stick binding threshold

* Initialize drift thresholds
